We’ll spend a night in the hilltop village of Pienza—famed for its Pecorino cheese and sweeping vistas—before melting into the rustic charm and warmth of Umbria. There, cooking classes, truffle hunts, day trips to neighbouring villages, and generous Umbrian hospitality await.

This is a slower-paced tour experience—an autumnal escape steeped in food, culture, wine, and cosy indulgence, with just the right touch of luxury.

A Puglian Summer
June 8th 2026

Join us on a bespoke, small-group journey through Italy’s rustic, sun-drenched Puglia—just before the summer crowds and heat descend. Together, we’ll sail the Puglian coastline, slip into hidden grottos, feast on seafood, and swim in the Adriatic Sea.

We’ll wander Bari, the region’s bustling capital, then head inland to discover Puglian cuisine, ancient olive groves, and artisanal cheeses. Days will be spent exploring local markets, cooking with locals, and visiting traditional farms.

Along the way, we’ll marvel at the storybook Trulli of Alberobello, stroll the whitewashed lanes of Ostuni, and uncover the haunting beauty of Matera.

This is a lively tour—full of exploration and flavour—balanced with time to yourself, beach days, and long, lazy summer nights.

Greece & Her Islands

Join us on a bespoke, small-group journey through Greece and her islands, in the sun-drenched first days of summer. Together, we’ll wander the bustling streets of Athens, tasting our way around the capital on a private food tour and rolling up our sleeves in an immersive cooking class.

From there, we’ll escape to the island of Milos—where sunsets in Plaka set the sky on fire, a full-day boat trip reveals hidden coves and impossibly blue waters, and the charming fishing villages of Mandrakia and Klima await.

Our adventure continues on Sifnos, a haven of authentic island life, where we’ll sample ceramic workshops, beach days, and some of the finest Greek food you’ll ever taste.

This is a mixed-pace tour—blending lively city days with the slower rhythms of island life, where busy moments of discovery meet relaxed afternoons and long, golden evenings.
