Day 1. Mia will be there to greet you at our boutique accommodation in Monopoli and help you settle in. We will meet for a welcome drink overlooking the water in the late afternoon and enjoy a traditional Puglian dinner at a local osteria.

Day 2. Today we embark on a private guided boat trip along the coastline towards Polignano a Mare and Bari. We will explore the beautiful grottos and hidden beaches along the way, and leap into the Adriatic Sea.

We will disembark in Bari for a fully guided historical tour of the lively capital, enjoying delicious local street food along the way.

Day 3. Today is for slowing our pace and lazing the day away at a local beach club. We will swim, eat fresh seafood for lunch, sip a spritz, and enjoy a true Italian summer day—all sun-kissed and salty.

Day 4. This morning we head out of Monopoli to join an incredible full-day market tour and hands-on immersive cooking class. We will discover true Puglian cuisine and enjoy the fruits of our labour over a long lunch with wine. This evening is yours to relax at your leisure.

Day 5. This morning we leave Monopoli, headed for the beautiful whitewashed village of Ostuni.

En route we will stop at a local cheese-producing farm and enjoy a private experience—being shown around the farm, trying our hand at making local burrata, and sitting down to a rustic lunch with wine.

Sunset drinks and dinner await us on our first night in Ostuni.

Day 6. Today we’ll enjoy a private guided transfer and tour of the famous Trulli village of Alberobello. We will have free time to wander the lanes, shop, and meet for lunch at a quaint little ristorante with a beautiful view of the Itria Valley.

This afternoon we will head to one of Puglia’s most ancient olive oil mills and masserie to enjoy a guided tour and tasting with the owner, and see the oldest surviving olive tree in Italy.
