Day 1.
Welcome to Palermo!

A welcome Aperitivo in Palermo's vibrant Kalsa district followed by our welcome dinner full of Sicilian specialities at an Osteria of one of my beautiful Sicilan friends.

Day 2.
Breakfast at our B&B. A four hour immersive food & historical walking tour of incredible Palermo & its rich & diverse culture.

Solo time to get lost in Palermo's bustling streets, a touch of Lemon & Pistachio scented souvenir shopping or a quiet pause in our beautiful B&B.

An eveving walk thrrough the Quattro Canti & dinner at a beautiful Ristorante by the Sea.

Day 3.
This morning after breakfast we depart Palermo by private transfer Scopello bound with a few stops along the way.

Settle into our B&B.

A stroll through picturesque Scopello, aperitivo in the Piazza & sunset & dinner with a breathtaking view.

Day 4.
A short tour of the incredible Tonnaro Di Scopello's ancient Tonnaro.

A full day spent lounging, swimming, sipping & snacking at the stunning Tonnaro Di Scopello beach club.

Dinner at a local tiny Osteria with a set menu of purely local Sicilian dishes & wine.

Day 5.
A drive out into the surrounding countryside towards an ancient Marsala factory that will be the setting for our cooking class today.

A hands on, immersive Sicilian cooking class learning the wonderful dishes of Western Sicily. Lunch & wine to follow.

A free evening in Scopello to enjoy at your leisure.

Day 6.
A boat day around the beautiful Zingaro Nature Reserve, swimming & snorkeling at stunning bays, lunch on board & local wine, a day to relax & soak in the beauty of this part of Sicily by the water.

Dinner at a delicious local Trattoria sampling fresh seafood & an early night after all that sun & sea.

Day 7.
Today we depart Scopello bound for Trapani.

A half day tour of the incredible mountain top ancient village of Erice.

Aperitivo overlooking the famous pink flamingo visited salt flats of Trapani followed by dinner of Seafood Couscous, one of the many ancient arabic influences left from its time ruling Sicily.

Day 8.
A full day boat tour of wild Favingnana Island. We will explore the coastlines of both Favignana & Marettimo Island & have time to explore both by foot. We will swim in the bluest waters you will ever see, eat the freshest tuna & seafood & toast to our last day adventuring across the incredible Sicily!

A Sicilian Spring
May 25th, 2027.

Day 1.
Welcome to Puglia!

We begin with welcome aperitivo overlooking the stunning Adriatic Sea followed by a welcome feast of typical Puglian dishes from both the Mare (the sea) & the Terre (the land).

Day 2.
Sumptous breakfast at our beautiful B&B.

A day trip & food tour of beautiful Polignano e Mare. Free time to explore this gorgeous village, swim in the sea & lose yourself in its white washed lanes.

Dinner tonight will be in Monopoli, alfresco under the Puglian stars.

Day 3.
Sumptous breakfast at our B&B.

Today is for boating, we will depart from Monopoli & cruise along the Adriatic Coast towards the cliffs & caves of Polignano e Mare. We will enter the caves, swim in the sea & sip Prosecco as we relax & marvel at the natural beauty of this part of Puglia.

Dinner will be fresh 'Fritto Misto' the Italian version of 'Fish & Chips' sat with the locals washed down with local wine.

Day 4.
Sumptous breakfast at our B&B.

A free day to explore Monopoli at your leisure, shop & swim.

An evening in the Itria Valley at a private hands on immersive cooking class. We will make fresh bread & typical Puglian pastas & enjoy a feast of farm to table Pugian specialties accompanied by the vineyards best wines.

Day 5.
Sumptous breakfast at our B&B.

Today we will embark on a full day trip to the enchanting & ancient Matera for a private guided tour of the Sassi & lunch in a hidden cave.

A free evening to enjoy at your leisure.

Day 6.
Sumptous breakfast at our B&B.

Today is for beach clubs! A full day at a stunning beach club lazing in the sun, soaking in the sea. slurping seafood spaghetti... Bliss!

Dinner in a beautiful Piazza in. Monopoli.

Day 7.
Sumptous breakfast at our B&B.

Today is for Cheese Making at a local buffalo farm, think the creamiest burratta you have ever tasted, mozzarella etc etc.

This afternoon we head to the Citta Bianca, Ostuni to explore & shop. Sunset sips at the famous Borgo Antico Bistrot followed by dinner at my favourite cave Osteria.

Day 8.
Sumptous breakfast at our B&B.

Departure to our incredible Masseria. A day spent gazing in awe at the beauty of our accomodations, lazing by the pool & walking amongst the ancient olive grove.

A degustation fine dining, farm to table dinner of hand crafted Puglian specialties in the Masseria's beautiful alfreco dining space.

Day 9.
Incredible breakfast at our Masseria & a late check out.

A Puglian Spring/Summer
June 8th 2027.

Day 1.
Welcome to Florence!

Aperitivo at Florence's swankiest bar followed by our welcome dinner at a very local Osteria sampling Florence's typical 'Cucina Povera'.

Day 2.
A morning spent with our private local guide on an 'Oltrarno Sreet Food & Historical' tour.

Solo time to meander through Florence's incredible districts, shop or sit in a Piazza with wine in hand.

Its time to roll up our sleeves & enjoy one of Florence's best hands on 'Pasta Classes' learning the art of three types of typical Florentine pasta. We will watch our chef make the accompanying sauces & devour all of our creations for dinner with free flowing Tuscan wine.

Day 3.
A morning spent at the local markets shopping up a storm as we select fresh produce & delicacies to enjoy in our Tuscan farmhouse this evening.

Lunch at an iconic Florentine Trattoria.

Private transfer to our Vineyard Estate & farmhouse. Taglieri & award winning wine tasting as we settle in to life in the countryside, cicadas humming, sun setting over the vines.

Day 4.
A free day to enjoy our Vineyard Estate. Laze by the pool sipping award winning Rose. Walk through the vineyard & countryside.

Afternoon aperitivo with music & delicious snacks followed by a multi coursed feast set amongst the vines as the sun sets accompanied matching wines.

Day 5.
A slow morning saying goodbye to Tuscany & a private transfer back to Florence for our train to Santa Margherita, Liguria.

Settle into our Ligurian apartments.

Aperitivo overlooking the sea followed by dinner at my favourite Osteria sampling fresh seafood & famed Ligurian Pesto.

Day 6.
Hello Portofino! A morning spent wondering the tiny little lanes of Portofino, gelato & a walk up to Castello Brown.

Lunch at my favourite hidden Osteria followed by an afternoon spent swimming & sipping Spritz's at the little beach below.

Dinner sat on the docks of Santa Margherita, fresh Fritto Misto in hand, legs dangling over the water as the sun sets.

Day 7.
A day trip to gorgeous Camogli & Bogliasco, exploring, swimming, eating fresh foccacio & soaking up the pastel coloured buildings as we soak in the laid back elegance of Liguria.

A free evening to enjoy at your pleasure.

Day 8.
A four hour private boat cruise along the Italian Riviera stopping and swimming at San Fruttouso, admiring Portofino from the water & taking in the stunning houses & landscapes by boat with Prosecco in hand.

Our last evening together will be spent back in Portofino, sipping Negroni's by the water as dusk settles & crowds depart, dinner by the water as we toast to a stunning 8 nights together across Tuscany & the Ligurian Coast.

Day 1.
Welcome to Athens!

Welcome rooftop drinks in Athens.

Private guided historical walking tour of Athens main monuments. A beautiful welcome feast of delicious Greek delicacies with views of the Acropolis.

Day 2.
A morning market tour to shop for produce followed by a hands on immersive Greek cooking class. Lunch enjoying the fruit of our labour with local Greek white wine.

Solo time to explore Athens at your leisure. Soak in a Hamman. Shop til you drop!

Dinner at my favourite Greek Taverna followed by night shopping in buzzy & alive Athens.

Day 3.
A free morning to enjoy Athens, take an early morning Acropolis tour or sit on the rooftop of our boutique accomodation taking it all in.

Departure to Milos Island.

Sunset sips over Milos & dinner at a gorgeous local Taverna.

Day 4.
A quiet morning to explore Plaka.

A day tour of Milos Island exploring Klima, Mandrakia, Firopotamus & Sarakiniko.

Dinner by the water feasting on fresh seafood & grilled souvlaki.

Day 5.
A full day on a luxurious catamaran cruising around Milos, leaping into the Sea, enjoying a beautiful fresh lunch on board & gaping in awe at the cliffs & azure blue waters around us.

A free evening to savour the slow in Plaka, sit with a bottle of rose as the sun sets, take in all the splendour.

Day 6.
This morning we depart Milos for Sifnos Island by ferry.

Settle into our beautiful Island accomodations.

Swims & lazing by the pool. Sunset stroll through Platis Gialos. Dinner of fresh seafood right on the water & a touch of nightime ceramic shopping & moon gazing.

Day 7.
A proper Greek Island day awaits us to swim in the Aegean Sea right on our doorstep, bronze our skin in the sand, enjoy a slow lunch at a local Taverna & take siesta.

Early evening we will explore the beautiful white washed village of Artemonas & enjoy a sweet treat at the Yellow Bicycle before walking down into Apollonia to enjoy rooftop cocktails & shop til we drop in Sifno's unique boutiques.

Day 8.
Today we head to the crystal clear waters at Faros Beach. We will take a gentle hike up to a tiny monastery. Swim & sun bake & eat lunch with our toes in the sand dipping in and out of the Sea as we please.

Early evening we will head up to Kastro to sip Mojitos as the sun sets, walk down to the beautiful Church of the Seven Martyrs & enjoy our final dinner set high above the sea. The perfect ending to our adventure across Athens & the Cyclades Islands.
