A Puglian Summer
June 8th 2026. SOLD OUT.

Day 1. Mia will be there to greet you at our boutique accommodation in Monopoli and help you settle in. We will meet for a welcome drink overlooking the water in the late afternoon and enjoy a traditional Puglian dinner at a local Osteria where I will introduce you to typical dishes from the region.
Day 2. This morning, after breakfast, we will join our local guide for a walking street food & cultural tour of the quaint seaside village of Monopoli. I love beginning each tour this way as it gives us a true sense of where we are & what each region is all about. We will eat, we will learn & we will explore.
Time for solo meanders through Monopoli or siesta in our lovely B&B.
This afternoon we embark on a private guided boat trip along the coastline towards Polignano e Mare. We will explore the beautiful grottos and hidden beaches along the way, leap into the Adriatic Sea & enjoy Aperitivo onboard as the sun sets.
Time for a simple Puglian dinner before tucking ourselves into bed all salty skinned & sun kissed.
Day 3. This morning we depart for the bustling capital of Bari for a guided street food & historical tour of this fascinating small city.
This afternoon is for slowing our pace and lazing the rest of the day away at a local beach club. We will swim, eat fresh seafood for dinner, sip a spritz, and enjoy a true Italian summer day—all sun-kissed and salty.
Day 4. This morning, after breakfast, we head out to Polignano e Mare for a guided tour of this gorgeous cliff top village. We will then enjoy a immersive, hands on cooking class learning the art of typical Pugliese Focaccia & Orecchiette Pasta before enjoying the fruits of our labour over a late lunch with wine.
Time for a quick swim in Polignano before heading back to Monopoli for an evening at your leisure.
Day 5. This morning we leave Monopoli, headed for the beautiful whitewashed village of Ostuni.
Enroute, we will stop at a local cheese-producing farm and enjoy a private experience—being shown around the farm, trying our hand at making local burrata, and sitting down to a rustic Puglian long lunch with wines, coffee & dessert.
Early evening, once you have settled in to your accommodation, we will take a stroll around Ostuni, enjoy a sunset spritz & dinner at my favourite Osteria.
Day 6. This morning, after breakfast, we will enjoy a private guided transfer and tour of the famous Trulli village of Alberobello. We will have some free time to wander the lanes & shop, before meeting or lunch at a quaint little Ristorante with a beautiful view of the Itria Valley.
This afternoon we will head to one of Puglia’s most ancient olive oil mills and Masserie to enjoy a guided tour of the groves, learn how olive oil was pressed in the traditional way and enjoy a tasting with the owner of the varying forms of Olive Oil.
This evening is free to enjoy at your leisure in Ostuni. I have many recommendations for dinner.
Day 7. Today is for slowing our pace & is all yours to explore beautiful Ostuni, get lost in her white washed lanes & shop her gorgeous boutiques.
Early evening we will head to a stunning sunset bar for aperitivo followed by dinner in a hidden cave in Ostuni. An early night as we prepare for our big day trip to Matera tomorrow.
Day 8. This morning, after breakfast, we will meet our private transfer and guide who will take us to explore the UNESCO World Heritage city of Matera. We will walk amongst the ancient Sassi caves, take a look inside a traditional cave home and then enjoy an exquisite lunch in a beautiful cave trattoria that I have been dreaming of since I was last there two years ago!
Tonight, we will keep it simple yet stunning with aperitivo, grazing boards & a view out over Ostuni to die for as we toast to the end of an incredible Italian summer experience in beautiful Puglia.
